01The model
Most studios spend capital searching for problems. Ours find them on the job: our services companies see hundreds of business processes every year — and the recurring pain points become companies.
Operate
We own and run profitable technology services companies. They generate cash flow, attract engineering talent and give us first-hand insight into how industries really work.
Build
We turn validated pain points into AI-native software companies — with an in-house engineering team, shared platform and a distribution network from day one.
02The holding
We acquire, build and operate IT services businesses with strong engineering cultures, recurring client relationships and international reach.
Naxxum is the group's engineering powerhouse: custom software development, dedicated teams, staff augmentation and managed delivery for clients in finance, healthcare, logistics, telecom, retail and media — from eight hubs across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific.
Cloudisia orchestrates cloud, data and AI as one trajectory: secure cloud migrations, data platforms, Power BI, generative AI copilots and automation.
cloudisia.ioWe partner with founder-led technology services firms looking for a long-term home, international reach and a share in the products we build together.
Discuss a partnership03The startup studio
Our studio does not wait for ideas. It mines the problems our teams solve over and over for clients, and builds the product that solves them once — for an entire market.
A recurring problem spotted across our client base, sized with real process data rather than desk research.
Design partners commit before we write production code. No paying partner, no product.
A dedicated squad from our engineering bench ships an AI-native MVP in weeks, not quarters — on a shared, production-grade platform.
Each venture becomes its own company, with its own team, cap table and — when it makes sense — outside capital.
The unfair advantages of a group, with the speed of a startup.
04Ventures
Vertical B2B products for industries where software is still young and AI changes the unit economics: accounting, transport, compliance and live events.
AI accounting, tax & payroll platform
Clients upload documents; the AI engine reads every one and pre-fills the books, so accountants only review and post. Deployed with an international audit & advisory network in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Tunisia and Algeria.

05Global footprint
Eight hubs across four time-zone bands give the group — and every venture — a follow-the-sun engineering capacity, close to clients and cost-efficient by design.

06For investors
ADJO combines the cash flows of an operating group with the upside of a venture portfolio. Here is why that matters for capital.
Services profits fund exploration and early product work. Outside capital comes in to scale what already works — not to pay for the search.
Hundreds of client engagements show us where software is missing, before the market sees it. Every venture starts with real users and real data.
An in-house engineering bench across nearshore and offshore hubs keeps burn low and time-to-market short.
Ventures launch into the group's client network across Europe, MENA, North America and APAC — the hardest part of B2B, solved early.
